Holocaust fact or fiction?
Of greater current concern than the numerical argument of how many died or did not, the current issue that ought to concern Europeans is the erosion of Free Speech and Free expression of thought, that Holocaust denial laws create in their wake
History has a long history of free thinkers, labeled as heretics for challenging dogma. Some heretics died for their beliefs but ultimately history vindicated their right to have an opinion. The free will to hold an opinion (irrespective of whether it can be verified, is accurate or is mistaken - are all irrelevent); The right to free thought and free speech is the mark of the free man under-written by the Convention on Human Rights.
In 2006 we Europeans do not yet live on a world of Semitic or catholic submission, where Mohammedan fatwa, the Jews 'pulsa denura' sworn on the Torah, or a new papal inquisition can bring death to those who choose not to believe the official line of thought.
Not yet; But recent precedents regarding 'holocaust denial law' are eroding the human right to free thought and free speech. The over-reaction of imposing custodial sentences for 'holocaust denial' is a de-humanizing consequence of jewish lobbying aided and abetted by the red marxist left-wing for the purposes of their own sly agenda.
It is a morally corrupt agenda aimed at imposing control over the individual who by their stubborn acts of individual thought, pose a threat to the stability of the social constructs of jewish and marxist dogma; imposed on humanity, rather than adopted by choice, voluntarily by mankind's free will.
The new fashion for "Holocaust denial laws" serves to demonstrate the truth of the words of satirist Karl Kraus an Austrian who died in 1936; that "Sound opinions are valueless. What matters most is who holds them". Those words may yet come back to haunt the new 'holocaust industry'.
The precedent set by holocaust law also poses the risk to that other opinions, even opinions on a whole range of less-controversial topics, may also be deemed valueless by officialdom and the powerful jewish lobby, should those powerful entities opt not to not share the same opinion.?
Free thought, conjecture and contradiction may become illegal in Europe.
In 1978 Author Gerald Brenan wrote in 'Thoughts in a dry season' that "The only test of a work of literature seems to be that it shall please other ages than its own". It is an appropriate quote for the range of new Jewish fiction that has arisen over the past few decades from the new holocaust 'industry'; an attempt by some to create an artificial recent history of mankind.
Regarding the holocaust, I personally believe that people died in significant numbers in camps. Camps set up in war time by western allies and foe alike. Camps organized by German, or Briton, American, Japanese or Russian. No particular country can claim to have had a monopoly on camps nor claim exclusive liability for deaths which arose within their confines.
In my search for empirical truths on this issue, as a national socialist, I visited the Stavki (Russian built prison camp) and also the Umschlagplatz, that minor train siding used to transport civilians to Auschwitz from a European city caught up in war. My own grandfather was taken as forced labor to Germany. He was not a Jew, but a catholic, a white European and an innocent civilian caught up in war. The Jew did not have a monopoly on camps nor forced labor nor of suffering civilian deaths. The Jewish monopoly on death is a fiction that it seems some in the holocaust industry wish to promote over less convenient truths.
Being forced to believe, or not believe a certain alleged course of historical events creates the risk of a backlash, a philosophical refusal of the most open-minded to believe that an event occurred if any historical event is mandated to be believed by law.
If legal coercion is the blunt instrument misused to force any free European to blindly accept the Jewish position on history, it will not augur well for either history nor acceptance of whether an event is falsehood or a truth. Despite the Jewish lobby, despite any law, I will continue to believe what I want to believe based on my own conscious free will. If I want to believe that the earth is an ellipsoid or even if it is flat, no Jewish lobby introducing any law backed by powers of arrest or international persecution shall change my right to have a view point that may differ from official dogma.
In modern Europe, Holocaust denial is now a crime on a par with mediaeval heresy against papal diktat. In the history of modern Europe it will always be remembered that the newly-invented crime of holocaust denial has taken on a new meaning: If Holocaust denial is regarded as an Heresy, then it has become another word for Freedom of thought.

A strange and unforeseen sequel has emerged from the stories of German Jew-baiting.
The whole of Israel throughout the world is uniting to declare an economic and financial war on Germany.
Hitherto the cry has gone up: "Germany is persecuting the Jews." If the present plans are carried out, the Hitlerite cry will be: "The Jews are persecuting Germany."
All Israel is rising in wrath against the Nazi onslaught on the Jews. Adolf Hitler, swept into power by an appeal of elemental patriotism, is making history of a kind he least expected. Thinking to unite only the German nation to race
consciousness, he has roused the whole Jewish people to national renascence.
The appearance of the Swastika symbol of a new Germany has called forth the Lion of Judah, the old battle symbol of
Jewish defiance.
Fourteen million Jews, dispersed throughout the world, have banded together as one man to declare war on the German
persecutors of their co-religionists. Sectional differences and antagonisms

have been submerged in one common aim - to stand by the 600,000 Jews of Germany who are terrorised by Hitlerite
anti-Semitism and to compel Fascist Germany to end its campaign of violence and suppression directed against its
Jewish minority.

World to sever trade relations with Germany.
Large numbers of merchants in London have resolved to stop buying German goods, even at the cost of suffering heavy loss.
A meeting of the Jewish textile trade in London has been called for Monday to consider the situation and to determine what steps should be taken.
Germany is a heavy borrower in foreign money markets, where Jewish influence is considerable. Continued anti-Semitism in Germany is likely to react seriously against her. A move is on foot on the part of Jewish financiers to exert pressure to force anti-Jewish action to stop.
The Organisation of Jewish Youth in Britain are organizing demonstrations in London and the provinces during the weekend.
The Board of Deputies of British Jews, representing the entire Jewish community of Great Britain, are meeting in special session on Sunday to discuss the German situation, and to decide on what action should be taken to counteract the attacks on their German fellow-Jews.
World-wide preparations are being made to organize demonstrations of protest.
EMBARGO IN POLAND
A concerted boycott by Jewish buyers is likely to involve grave damage to the German export trade. Jewish merchants all over the world are large buyers of German manufactured goods, chiefly cotton goods, silks, toys, electrical fittings, and furniture.
In Poland, the trade embargo on Germany is already in operation. In France, a proposed ban on German imports is being widely canvassed in Jewish circles.
German Transatlantic shipping traffic is likewise threatened. The Bremen and the Europa, the German crack liners, may suffer heavily from a Jewish anti-German boycott. Jewish trans-ocean travellers form an important part of the patrons of these liners because of their extensive part in international trade. The loss of their patronage would be a heavy blow to Germany's Atlantic trade.
In New York yesterday 10,000 Jewish ex-soldiers marched to the City Hall to hold a protest demonstration.
Large crowds watched the men, some of whom wore old British uniforms, petition the mayor to support them in a boycott of German goods.
Another petition was handed in at the British Consulate-General requesting that Palestine should receive refugees from Germany without restriction.
Members of the American House of Representatives are introducing resolutions protesting against the anti-Jewish excesses in Germany. The American trade unions, representing 3,000,000 workers, have also decided to join in the protest.
A rabbinical decree in New York has made the next Monday a day of fasting and prayer over the Hitler campaign.
Fasting will begin on Sunday at sunset and finish at sunset on Monday.
All Jewish shops in New York will be closed on Monday during a parade.
Apart from a monster meeting in Madison-square Garden, meetings are to be held in 300 American cities.
Madison-square Garden will see the remarkable sight of BishopManning speaking from a Jewish platform appealing for an end of the Hitler "terror."

Every rabbi in the city of New York has been placed under a sacred obligation by rabbinical decree to devote Saturday's
sermon to the plight of Jews in Germany.
Representative Jewish organizations in the European capitals are understood to be making representations to their various Governments to use influence with the Hitler Cabinet to induce it to call a halt in the oppression of the German Jews.
The old and reunited people of Israel are rising with new and modern weapons to fight their age-old battle with their
persecutors.[2]
Dr. Wilhelm Stäglich, German judge and historian, was an important revisionist writer, most notably for his detailed study, Der Auschwitz-Mythos.
Born November 11, 1916, he studied law and political science at the University of Rostock and the University of Göttingen, from where he received a doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) in 1951. For years he served as a Finance Court judge in Hamburg. He was the author of numerous articles on legal and historical subjects.
During the Second World War he served from mid-July to mid-September 1944 as an Ordonnanzoffizier (orderly officer) on the staff of an anti-aircraft detachment stationed near the Auschwitz camp. As part of his duties, he maintained contact with the SS camp command, and had unlimited access to the Auschwitz main camp, where the command was headquartered.
Disturbed by the obvious discrepancies between what he had witnessed during the war at Auschwitz , and the portrayal of the camp that emerged at war’s end, he resolved -- after years of silence -- to speak out, and to undertake a serious investigation of this important subject.
As punishment for some revisionist essay, he was dismissed as a judge in 1975 by court order, and forced into early retirement with a reduction of his pension.
His detailed book, Der Auschwitz-Mythos: Legende oder Wirklichkeit, was published in March 1979 by the Grabert Verlag of Tübingen. The book is a systematic, critical examination of the documents, testimonies, confessions and personal accounts that portray Auschwitz as a center of programmatic extermination by gassing and other means.
It was soon banned by German authorities, and in 1983 German police raided his publisher’s offices and confiscated the remaining unsold copies.
That same year the University of Göttingen "withdrew" or cancelled Stäglich’s doctoral degree – ironically on the basis of a law promulgated during the Hitler era.
For years Dr. Stäglich was a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee of the IHR’s Journal of Historical Review. His address in 1983 at the Fifth Conference of the Institute for Historical Review was published in the Spring 1984 IHR Journal. In 1986 an English-language edition of his book was published by the IHR under the title Auschwitz: A Judge Looks at the Evidence.
Wilhelm Stäglich died, age 89, on April 5, 2006.
Of this remarkable man, French professor Robert Faurisson once wrote:
"I do not wish to enumerate here everything which this extremely honest man, whom I admire, suffered in addition to that. Suffice it to say that Wilhelm Stäglich — I should say Dr. Wilhelm Stäglich, German judge and historian has saved the honor of the judges and historians of Germany . He has lost everything, but not his honor."
Another denier imprisoned because he tells the truth.
LYON- Georges Theil, a former elected representative, must serve six months in prison, and pay a fine of 10,000 euros, for skeptical remarks he made during an October 2004 interview about gas chamber killings during World War II, an appeals court in Lyon, France, has ruled.
Theil is the first person to be given a prison sentence on the basis of France’s 1990 "Gayssot law," which criminalizes remarks that "dispute crimes against humanity." Earlier victims of the law, which is used against "Holocaust deniers," have been punished with fines. "In my opinion, belief in the gas chambers shows blind admiration for German ingenuity," Theil said during the 2004 interview. "The more Zyklon B the Germans used, the more lives they saved, because Zyklon B is a disinfectant."

VIENNA, Austria - A former Austrian politician on Wednesday received a suspended one-year prison sentence for denying aspects of the Holocaust. The sentence can be activated if he repeats his offense over the next three years.
He has not been detained and his lawyer has appealed the ruling.
Earlier on Wednesday he pleaded not guilty to charges that he broke a law that bans attempts to diminish, deny or justify the Holocaust by questioning the existence of gas chambers.
John Gudenus, a former legislator in Austria's upper house of parliament, declared in an Austrian television interview in April 2005 that the existence of gas chambers in the Third Reich should be "seriously debated." In a later interview, he amended the remarks to say that "there were gas chambers, though not in the Third Reich but in Poland."
Gudenus's lawyer, Farid Rifaat, argued in a packed Vienna court that Gudenus never generally denied the existence of gas chambers, but that he simply called for examination of the question of whether they existed between 1933 and 1938. After 1938, when Rifaat said the Third Reich became known as the Greater German Reich following the annexation of Austria, the existence of gas chambers was "indisputable" for his client, he said in comments quoted by the Austria Press Agency.
"I am not at all unsure about gas chambers in the Greater German Reich. Concerning gas chambers in the Third Reich, I would still like to express some uncertainty," Gudenus said in his defense.
The state attorney rejected Gudenus' argument, saying that with his comments, he denied "fundamental elements of Nazi terror."
Gudenus also was criticized last year for claiming that concentration camp victims on a photo in the Mauthausen concentration camp memorial site looked better than himself.
According to Austrian law, Gudenus, could have faced up to 10 years in prison for denying the Holocaust if found guilty by the eight-member panel of jurors and in Barcelona :
On Tuesday, April 11, 2006, the revisionist publisher Pedro Varela was arrested at his Libraria Europa bookstore in the Catalan capital for "defending and justifying genocide" by publishing books such as Joaquin Bochaca's Mito[Myth] de los 6 miliones and, strangely, "putting in danger the security of foreign states." (Bochaca is an author frequently published by The Barnes Review.)
Five hundred books were seized in the raid. Varela was under arrest from 11 a.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday, when he posted bail. Varela is subject to 5 years in prison if convicted.

Ironically, one book he is accused of publishing is a standard, classic 1971 work on the subject of race and IQ by the great scientist Hans Eysenck, Race, Intelligence and Education, published in the U.S. as The IQ Argument. Eysenck, a German who left the Third Reich in the 1930s out of opposition to its policies, authored 50 books and 900 academic articles, and was one of the most highly regarded scientific psychologists in the world. His book Race, Intelligence and Education was even carried until eight or nine years ago by the biggest supermarket chain in Spain, El Cortes Ingles, owned by the Jewish Koplovitz family.
The federal prosecutor for Barcelona who caused his arrest is a Mr. Mena, a former Maoist who is now a "democrat."
Varela has had previous contacts with the "justice system" of his country, as well as that of Austria, thus he is a "recidivist," which may affect the outcome of his current indictment. He was arrested first in December 1996 on similar charges of defending genocide. Twenty thousand books plus other items were seized and later ordered burned.
On November 16, 1998 a Spanish court sentenced Varela to five years imprisonment for "incitement to racial hatred" and for "denying or justifying genocide." The sentence was Spain's first conviction for "Holocaust denial." It is based on the country's 1995 anti-genocide and anti-discrimination law.
Josef Mengele "threw children into ovens alive ", "ordered pregnant women onto their backs, then stamped on them until they aborted"; did he though?
Over the years Josef Mengele has been routinely accused of sending 400,000 people to their deaths in gas chambers while serving as the chief physician at Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1943 and 1944. He served there 18 months: Hmmm ...now let's see 400,000 victims? ,divide by 18 months , divide by say 31 days = 716 per day, 30 per hour , seven days a week , 24 hours per day for 18 months. That figure also has Mengele working non-stop as the Russians reach the gates of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Also interestingly Auschwitz didn't only hold Jewish prisoners, the camp was also a recruiting ground for the SS-Brigade Dirlewanger who took petty criminals and political prisoners into its ranks. So there we have it Mengele working solidly for 18 months with no sleep and no time to eat. but then how did he find the time for all his alleged experiments on twins, dwarfs and giants? |
